Know how to use professional thermometers

Use a medical thermometer 🩺

They are intended for measuring high temperatures (up to 1,700°C). Count among them, infrared thermometers which measure the surface temperature of an object from black body radiation by simply positioning it near the object. Finally, you will find hygrometers which capture and indicate the humidity level of the air, and which you only need to place for a few seconds in the room you wish to monitor.

Use a thermometer equipment ❄️

Equipment thermometers gather refrigerator thermometers, freezer And cold room. Most of them are digital/electronic thermometers with a backlit screen. To start monitoring, place the thermometer in the refrigerator, freezer or walk-in cooler and it will tell you the actual temperature. Some even feature a remote temperature probe that can be mounted on the internal wall. Dishwasher thermometers are designed to follow daily cleaning and disinfection in professional kitchens. Just place them inside dishwashers.
