The launch of the new Thermapen One digital food thermometer. In development for five years, the Thermapen One takes temperature readings in less than a second for any catering establishment and kitchen professional.

The Thermapen One is the fifth model of its generation. In addition, the product is made by hand. Research and development has also taken place to continually improve the design of the Thermapen.

This new thermometer pushes the limits of speed and reading accuracy by tightening its tolerances as part of its laboratory tests. Consequently, the accuracy of the new Thermapen One is increased to ± 0.3°C.



The product also has a faster sensor, a brighter backlight that adapts to ambient light, and a longer five-year warranty. The product is waterproof IP67, meets the European standard EN 13485 and is available in ten different colors on our website thermometre.fr.

More than 30 years ago, the first Thermapen was created. It is designed on the model of a penknife. In addition, the product is used by some of the world's most renowned Michelin star chefs.
