How to cancel your order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

Situation No. 1: Your order has not yet been shipped

We cancel your order and issue an immediate refund (excluding products with a calibration certificate).

Situation No. 2: Your order is shipped

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will contact our express agent and request that the package be re-routed to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account and notify you by email.

How do I modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the products ordered or the quantity selected.

In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order (excluding products with calibration certificate).

Thereafter, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired items on our website at your convenience.

How do I change my delivery address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

In the event that we cannot process the address change directly in our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our carrier to request a delivery address change.

In order to assist you further, we would be very grateful if you could provide us with the following information:

- First and last name,
- Company name (if necessary),
- Street name and number,
- Postal code and city,
- Pays,
- Telephone number and email address.

Please note that a change of address will increase delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delay due to a change of address requested by a customer.

When will I receive my order ?

We make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse processes your order the next business day. It is then collected, packaged and shipped. Once it's on its way to you, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.

Please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Packages are not transported or delivered on weekends and local holidays.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we recognize that the unpredictable is inevitable. External external factors and control of its transportation, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are likely to cause occasional delays. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding.

How to place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Then proceed to the payment page where you need to fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Be sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary information and that your order is delivered without any complications.

Is my order validated?

We have several verification steps when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security.

If your order is successful, within the next 10 minutes you should receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided on the checkout page. Otherwise, please contact us and we can help you with this.

Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

It usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive in your country, but in some cases delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
