HACCP thermometer for accurate readings

The Therma 20 thermistor thermometer has been specially designed for use in the catering industry keeping in mind HACCP and health and safety procedures.

The Therma 20 thermometer displays a temperature of 0.1°C on a range -39.9 to 149.9°C with a high system accuracy of ±0.4°C (-24.9 to 109.9°C) which is guaranteed for life, thanks to advanced electronic instruments.

The Therma 20 has a easy-to-read LCD display with low battery indication.

The thermometer can be used at low ambient working temperatures down to -20°C, which meets the requirements of European standard EN13485 for temperature monitoring food throughout the supply chain, from transport to storage to the point of sale.

The Therma 20 is housed in an ergonomic and robust ABS case who includes Biomaster additive which reduces bacterial growth.

Low-power electronics are powered by three AAA batteries, which gives the instrument an exceptional autonomy of at least five years.

The auto power off function of the thermometer automatically switches off the instrument after ten minutes.

Therma 20 thermometer incorporates a Lumberg-type connector easy to use screw lock, allowing the use of a wide range of interchangeable probes.

Optional Accessories 

The protective cover helps protect the instrument from damage accidents and makes it splash-proof at IP64 when used.

The support wall thermometer stainless steel stores the instrument safely when not in use (screws not included).

Biomaster additives are powerful inorganic silver biocides spectrum for use in plastics, helping to reduce hygiene risks.

The concentration of silver, in Biomaster's patented antimicrobial active agent, provides silver ion release on ranges: -39.9 to 149.9°C.
