What is your exchange policy?
Please note that we do not offer direct exchange service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to receive a different product, we invite you to return your purchase for a full refund (excluding calibration certificates). We will reimburse your product (s) by its total value on the account initially used during your purchase. To make sure you receive the desired product as quickly as possible, we ask you to make a new purchase at your convenience.
Please note that you must return the item (s) that you wish to be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt. The product (s) must be unused - in their original packaging with intact protective labels and stickers - and always in the same new condition as during their reception. The products purchased directly on our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made.
If you have paid or received customs fees for the item (s) you want to return, please contact your local DPD or DHL office to find out how to receive a credit or a refund, respectively.
The offer of any product purchased during a campaign period will always be honored if you wish to receive another article instead. Please contact us for more information, we will be happy to help you.
What is your return policy?
Product return methods
Within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from communication at Guilcor Instruments From his decision to retract, the Customer must contact customer service in order to agree on the procedures for re -exposition or return of the products.
The products will have to be returned in their perfect original condition, accompanied by all possible accessories, employment notices and documentation.
The customer returns the product to a store at his expense.
After verification of the state of the product, Guilcor Instruments will reimburse the customer by the same payment method as that used by the latter. Personalized or special products cannot be returned.
Refund
For stock products:
Subject to compliance with the above conditions, Guilcor Instruments undertakes to reimburse the customer, the price of the products returned as well as the costs of the initial delivery, within fourteen (14) days from the date of recovery of the products by Guilcor Instruments or from the customer's transmission of proof of the sending of re -expressed products, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
For tailor -made or manufacturing products:
The product being a special manufacturing for the customer, no refund can be requested.

Have you received my return?
Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, it is treated and inspected before we proceed to the approval or the disapproval of the return.
We thank you for understanding that, although we are working as quickly as possible, this process may take several working days.
Please note that we are not responsible for the articles lost during the return shipment if you choose to return the package by yourself.
