Description DOT Digital Oven Thermometer

The DOT Digital Oven Thermometer is a easy to use cooking thermometer which displays both the current temperature and the audible alarm.

Simply set the desired temperature using the buttons, insert the probe into your food, DOT beeps and display flashes when temperature is reached.

The DOT incorporates a large LCD display and a loud 70 dB alarm sound, making it ideal for use in busy professional kitchens.

Housed in a durable, water-resistant case, the DOT is designed to sit on a counter using the fold-out stand or attach to a device using the magnetic pads on the back of the instrument.

Each unit is supplied with a 114 mm penetration probe with a 1.2 meter braided stainless steel cable.
