Provides a higher thermal environment for the immersion of the probe because no air space exists between the probe and the environment. The thermal coupling is therefore much better than the alternatives described, and the agitation leads to a very uniform distribution of heat throughout the middle. Methanol is used for temperatures below 0 ° C, water from 0 to 80 ° C and silicone oil up to 250 ° C. We have seven types of liquid baths indicated below.
The CALSYS 250 calibration bath is a very stable standard liquid bath for the calibration of RTD/Thermocouples and other temperature sensors in the laboratory. The bath temperature is adjusted and controlled by a self-regulated PID controller with ultra fine automatic adjustment. The unique characteristics are portability with great stability and uniformity.
The middle used in the bath is silicone oil.
