Refund policy

Subject to compliance with the C.G.V., Guilcor Instruments undertakes to reimburse the customer, the price of the products returned as well as the costs of the initial delivery, within fourteen (14) days from the date of recovery of the products by Guilcor Instrumentsor from the customer's transmission of proof of the sending of re -expressed products, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
