The smoke barbecue thermometer was designed for competition barbecue teams and professional chefs. The Smoke has a robust case with molded seals for switching on splashes. Smoke uses pro probes that are interchangeable with probes suitable for Smoke, Chefalarm® and DOT®
The smoke accepts two probes, one for meat and one for the pit and can follow each probe independently with high and low adjustable alarms. Speated probes.
The smoke has a 100m wireless range and the large numbers of the screen are visible remotely and there is an integrated backlight for low light conditions.
The smoke is supplied pre-mated with the receiver so that it works directly out of the box without any required configuration between the smoke and smoke receiver
