The new Thermapen with Burger Probe has been specially designed for use in burger and fast food restaurants and ensures that burgers are perfectly cooked to the correct temperature.

The hamburger probe tip design allows insertion inside the hamburger patty to accurately gauge when it is perfectly cooked.

The stainless steel disc guarantees the correct insertion depth of 8mm or 12mm every time!

Simply insert the probe (Ø0.4 mm) into the burger until the disc touches the surface of the burger to test that it has reached the ideal temperature for perfect cooking.

The Thermapen with Burger Probe gives you an accurate temperature reading over the -50 to 300°C range with 1°C resolution and ±1°C accuracy.

The housing is washable and includes a "Biomaster" additive which reduces bacterial growth and the ergonomic rubber seal minimizes the risk of water, dust or food ingress.
