The  DishTemp ® Dishwasher Thermometer simulates a plate when cleaned and sanitized in a dishwasher commercial, accurately recording maximum surface temperature with the press of a single button.

The  DishTemp® thermometer eliminates the need for test strips expensive and inaccurate and stem thermometers that don't stay in place and do not register the temperature at the surface of the plate.

Designed to survive everyday use in professional kitchens, the DishTemp Dishwasher Thermometer indicates a temperature 0 to 90°C with 0.1°C/°F resolution and ±0.5°C accuracy.

incorporating a durable waterproof seal, the DishTemp is waterproof to IP66 and comes with a free traceable calibration certificate, calibrated at a single point (71°C)  .

A wall bracket is also available to store your thermometer safely.
