Needle Penetration Probe - This fast-response, stainless steel needle penetration probe is suitable for liquids and semi-solids, including delicate foods, soft rubber/plastic, etc., although there are many other alternative uses for which this probe could also be suitable.

It has a probe diameter of 1.8mm and a probe length of 130mm. Response time less than one second. Temperature range -75 to 250°C. Available in Type K or Type T version. Wire wrapped option available.
