These test strips are used to check the quality of frying oil and ensure that fried foods remain good. Testing the oil regularly helps avoid changing it too early, saving money.

How it works:

  • They can be used for animal, vegetable oils, or a mixture of both.
  • Sold in prizes of 100 per bottle, the strips are easy to use, without necessary training, thanks to a color chart to interpret the results.

In use:

  1. Take the strip by the white end.
